1. In 1981 Gaddafi was found talking about assassinating new American president Ronald Reagan. In October 1981 Egypt's President Anwar Sadat was assassinated. Gaddafi applauded the murder and remarked that it was a punishment.

On September 29, 2009 Gaddafi spoke at the UN General Assembly and made some valid points for a being a huge tool: 1) He defended the actions of the Taliban and Somali Pirates saying that they were doing a good thing. 2) He blamed the outbreak of H1N1 on a foregin military, a.k.a the United States. 3) Israel assassinated John F. Kennedy.
